Preferred Provider Information for 38th Street Dental

38th Street Dental is not a provider for Medicaid or Medicare. We are not able to file claims with either of these third party payers. In addition, we are not providers for DMO (Dental Maintenance Organizations) or DHMO (Dental Health Maintenance Organizations) plans.

Both Dr. Meek and Dr. Tasch are preferred providers for the insurance plans listed below. Due to the confusing nature of preferred provider networks, this list is not comprehensive. If you do not see your plan listed, please call our office at 458-6222 and ask for help. We find many instances where patients do get to participate in care with our office as a PPO member of plans affiliated with the companies listed below.
